Sir,
i am using otrs 2.4.7,In Agent ticket close i have added two free text ,one is Queue and another one is Issue category. i want to validate Issue category.
For ex: i have two queue ITISG and Helpdesk if i am selecting ITISG then Issue categories of ITISG should be display not for Helpdesk.Is it possible?
