Hello all
i am pretty new in Znuny programming/configuring
I need to publish a ticket in 2 queues (same ticket, 2 different queues)
and possibly assign the ticket to several agents.
i have been searching for several days, but it looks impossible to me.
does anyone have a better understanding on the issue than I do ?
