Soy nuevo usando la herramienta y necesito que me ayuden para enviar notificaciones automáticas al momento del cierre de un caso.

Está en el foro ingles, pero si lo quiero hacerlo, Ud. puede usar un Notification (Event). Necesita hacer uno nuevo.
"Recipient" -- quien quiere Ud.
"Event" "Ticket State Update"
"State" "Closed successful" "Closed unsuccessful"
y un Subject y Body/Cuerpo cual quiere.
