Hola, tenemos un CRM que tiene los datos de los clientes y esta hecho en Fox, su formato es DBF.
Existe en OTRS la opcion para integrar, sin importar y sin modificar la base dbf, a la base del soft?
Hay algun modulo para eso, hay que crear algun scrip especial o se puede via ODBC?

Ya tiene un conneccion ODBC de Foxbase? Si tiene un DSN, Usted puede connectarlo usando el tipo de conneccion se llama "DB" en OTRS. Aunque, tal vez Ud. necesita un dbd-xbase para su implementacion de Perl. http://search.cpan.org/dist/DBD-XBase/

ok, gracias por la informacion, lo investigaremos. Tambien estuvimos viendo la posibilidad de sincronizar las bases mediante el DBSync de fox a mysql, por ahora las pruebas funcionan.
