Buen día,
Nuestro sistema, esta implementado a partir de 12 grupos,de los cuales un único grupo se encarga de la apertura y asignación de tickets y otro grupo diferente los cierra confirmando con el cliente final, la aprobación de la gestión hecha.
Los demás grupos intervienen el la solución y/o gestion del tk.
Necesito generar un reporte en el cual aparezcan las colas que intervinieron en la gestión de los tickets que ya se encuentran cerrados,(no los agentes).
OBTENGO LAS NOTAS, ADJUNTOS, NOMBRES DE LOS AGENTES QUE INTERVINIERON,FECHAS, TIEMPOS.
Sin embargo al momento del cierre del ticket solo se registra la ultima cola (la que realizo el cierre).
Es posible generar esta información buscando directamente en la DB (mysql)

cuando se generan reportes (Stats) estas se hacen a partir de los atributos del ticket y no de un historial del mismo.
