Decrease time of update modifications (ACL, PM)

Hello,

I'm working on OTRS 3.3.5 on DEBIAN server. I've my test plateform on localhost too.
Today and after several test, i observe that OTRS spend a long time to update the change parameters like ACL (Deploy ACL) and Process Management (Synchronize all Processes).

How am i sure about my work when the system spend lot of time before uptade these modifications?

Someone have ideas?

NB: I've tried on my locallhost too for the same results.

your system seems to be to slow (most likely disk usage as a file is written to disk...)

In support Assesment, I found this information about performance in Webserver section:
"Check for CGI Accelerator."
"You should use FastCGI or mod_perl to increase your performance"

Is it possible that's my problem? How can i fix it?
