we didn't use customer frontend until now. But I know it worked when I first installed otrs maybe 2 years ago.
Now we want to use customer.pl link for users, but when user wants to create new ticket, he/she could see that there is an error and in details there is
The error message could be seen again when customer tries to select a queue field in the form, but the ticket could be saved.document.getElementById(...) is null

I tried to upgrade from 3.3.4 to 3.3.7 but it doesn't solve this problem and there was other problem, so I downgraded to 3.3.4 again
I tried to delete cache, but it doesn't help.
In otrs system log there is nothing and in http error log I see nothing, too.
I do not remember whether I had done any customisation of this frontend before I upgraded from previous versions, but I think not.
Please, can you tell me how to troubleshoot?
