Hi,
Anyone worked on the advanced escalations add-on in OTRS, I can't get custom event notifications to work with it no matter how much I test it,
for some reason no matter what conditions I choose for notifications, as long as it is advanced escalation types selected no Emails is received though it triggers inside the system,

If it's a paid add-on, consult the vendor.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
