Hi,
We are currently running OTRS 3.3.3 with about 100 users and 50 customers. All users are being authenticated using local database.
At this point of time, can we add LDAP/RADIUS authentication and i can choose the authentication method for the user?
Thanks and Regards,

Yes? I don't understand why you are asking the question.
Is it possible to do? Yes.
Are you capable of doing it? I don't know, but why post this question if you are able to?

Re: OTRS Radius Authentication
Also, no, you can't set per user authentication. You may configure multiple backends and first one that approves credentials wins.
