[SOLVED] - A Popup of this screen is already open..

Hi and thanks for reading,

I have installed OTRS and the KIX4OTRS script to provide some Customer Portal functionality I require (which is working well). Unfortunately, I now have an issue whereby when I click on a ticket Note, Phone Call etc it will bring up the window but immediately also bring up a popup box saying:

"A popup of this screen is already open. Do you want to close it and load this one instead"

I have checked and no window was open. If i click OK, it re-opens the same window. If i click cancel it just leaves the window in the background unchanged. This is clearly annoying for the agents using the system.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to stop this from happening?

Had the same issue after upgrade to 3.8.8. Fixed by reinstalling both KIX4Core and KIX4OTRS. Now it is back to normal.
