Link CMDB and Customer
This seems like a logical thing to me but maybe i'm missing something. I'm looking for a way to link a customer to a config item so that when a customer submits a ticket you can see what items belong to that user and the state of that item.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
