Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.3.5. My problem is - I have a dynamic field that is filled when a new ticket is created of a particular ticket type. In case of Phone and email ticket, it is working fine. but when a customer requests to create a ticket by email, it automatically fills that dynamic field with some value at the time of creating the ticket.
Could someone explain what is the reason for this? and how this can be solved?

Default value is default value.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
