In the administrator guide there is a detailed process example: it is almost a step by step guide on how to configure the book order process.
Unfortunately it lacks some information for newbie. The tutorial says to create queues and users but doesn't explain how...
I cannot figure out if the users Manager and Employee are agents or Customer users...
Besides it is not clear to me who can access which queue...
Can somebody help in making this example process work properly ?
Thanks
Filippo

Re: Book order process example: missing informations
I apologize because my question was not clear.
When I wrote
I would need richer details about the configuration of user Manger and Employee and queues (Are they Customer users or agents ? Which groups have to be created ? Which are the associations between groups and queues ?)
Besides I was making some tests with the default user root@localhost and I was worried that ACL about book order status were not applied. Now I believe that it is the expected behavior because they are correctly applied to other users. So I assume ACL are not applied to root user... Is it correct ?

I had no look at the example, so I can't say something about that.setecastronomy wrote:I apologize because my question was not clear.
