Hello,
I have recently upgraded to 3.3.8 and have everything working with the exception of auto-refresh on the agentdashboard screen and because of this any tickets place through email are not being picked up in a timely manner due to a required refresh of the page to see the new ticket. I have set the overview refresh time in my preferences to 2 minutes and I have set the CacheTTLLocal in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard to 1 minute for all ticket views there, however, there is still no auto refresh in IE, Firefox, or Chrome.

I have investigated the autorefresh issue a good bit and all i have found is that this feature did not exist in previous version of otrs but is said to have been implemented in 3.1. Is there somewhere else that settings need to be changed other than Overview Refresh Time or CacheTTLLocal to get dashboard auto-refresh to work? I am running the otrs 3.3.8 installation on top of Ubuntu 14.04 using MySQL.
