Upgraded from 3.1.18 to 3.2.16 (with the view to go to 3.3). Everything now working fine apart from auto fetching of emails although manual fetch works.
The Cron windows service is running, no errors in otrs.log or cronw.log.
I used the windows installer just as I did for 3.1, followed a previous forum post about what steps to take and all went well except this issue.

Upgraded again to 3.3 and now works. Must be the installer for 3.2 which has a bug.
