Customize columns in ticket queue overview
Where in SysConfig can I define which columns should be shown hidden from Ticket Queue Overview?
For example, I want to hide the 'pending reminder' column. However, Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard in SysConfig doesn't provide the possibility to define DefaultColumns for TicketQueueOverview.You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
