Hi guys,

What is the best way to handle incoming/outgoing mails with a lot of customer from different organizations in the same OTRS instance? Is a good idea set one mail account for each queue?

In my opinion, always use aliases to one box and dispatch by To.

Add system addresses as aliases (via your mail server) to a single email address


OTRS:
Add aliases as System Addresses. Set Queue for each System Address
Fetch email from master box. Set Dispatch by "To:"
