Hi all,
I am testing OTRS v3.3.8 for my organization. It works well on my laptop running Windows 7 Pro (64-bit). Then I installed it on the dedicated server running Windows Server 2008 Std 64-bit and IE 9. After installation when it launches http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl I get the below error in browser.

•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

Refresh the page.

Please help as I dont see any relevant error or information in event logs or IIS logs. I have also tried to match all the IIS settings from my laptop to the server and tried out all the relevant help that I could on the net. However, nothing has been of help.
