Hi,
I have OTRS 3.2.10 installed on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS.
My sub queue disappear, have anyone had that problem before?
Is there something I have missed when I created the queues? All permissions are set to admin on all queues and all agents.

Yes the queues are valid.
You can sometimes see the queues under tickets->QueueView But not always.

only Queues with open and unlocked tickets will show up in this screen
