Hello,
Please note that I am using OTRS 3.3.5. I want to add all the escalation bundles of a customer on Customer Information Center after New Tickets tab. This escalation bundle would contain Escalation bundle name, solution time and reaction time. Is it possible to do so? If yes, Please give me possibilities to do it.
