when i create a new phone ticket the first mandatory field with a dropdown is *Type: -
i've managed to change the types i want to use in the Type-Management and i am able to choose them in the dropdown.
Now i want to set one of these new generated types as default but i cant find the right options in the sysconfig.
i have checked Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew before but can't find anything matching.
obviously Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###ArticleType or Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###SenderType ist not the Type i need.
i hope anyone can help me
