I use OTRS opensource version with FAQ. That FAQ is available for customers via login, and for our local users as public.
When entering faq and zoom down to an article, when opening the article I get an error FAQ is not defined.
I use otrs 3.3.7 on ubuntu server.
The entire message reads something like this;
FAQ is not defined

It gives the same message if you are a customer or you are using the public.pl interface, but when looking at the faq article as an agent, then there are no errors.
Together with above message, the textfield for the faq entry is very low in height. The witdth are fine, but the hight is very low, aproximately 9-10 lines are viewable without scrolling. That happens even if there are plenty of space on the screen to show a full page. But it only happens when using public.pl or customer.pl, not as agent.
Anyone seen something like this, or have a clue where to start looking for the problem? This is a live system so its kind of annoying that the faq-module don't work as it is supposed. No other known issues with this install.
