I am not a IT user or worker already, just a beginner.
We installed OTRS 3.3 at our company and i am trying to enable ticket type.
It is already enabled at Admin, Core: ticket, but it seems not to be
activate.
I created some types to and they´re all valid.
Do i need to do something more?

What do you mean by it is not working? When ticket types are activated and there are ticket types defined and set valid, it is expected behaviour that those ticket types are valid.
