Hello I have a simple question: there is a way to show the list of the addresses in BCC when I send a mail with OTRS?
In the article view there isn't information about BCC.
Thanks for the answers,
Marco.

Re: View BCC address list
I try to explain better
- I open a new email ticket and put 3 mail adresses in the bcc field;
- When I come back to the ticket/article view there isn't any information about the 3 addresses, how can I retrieve these information?
Thanks,
Marco.

It's BCC, so probably not. If you haven't seen an option in sysconfig, neither will we.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the replies
My problem is to track the email addresses when I open a new ticket and I send 10 email in bcc.
Another problem is that history field has a fixed lenght.
Thanks,
Marco.

The only option that i found is SendmailBcc but not track the email adresses that I put in bcc.It's BCC, so probably not. If you haven't seen an option in sysconfig, neither will we.

Ok, this is a partial solution, it works but not for the first email (at the open of the ticket).Maybe the button "History" helps.
