How does "Pending dates" work on adding a ticket?
Hi! I'm a ORTS newbie and have'nt found an explanation anywhere on how the "Pending date" works when adding a new ticket. Anyone who can give an easy explanation?

Hello and welcome 
The pending date is for the two states "pending auto close + and pending auto close -". When the pending date is reached, the pending auto close + ticket will close into state "closed successful" while the other one will close into the state "closed unsuccessful".
Before that can work though, you need to configure a calendar for the queue and activate the pending-cronjob.
