Customer Manager can see all users

Hi

I just followed the assume guide how to have a managed user to see company tickets, and it works great viewtopic.php?f=60&t=7531.

One question to you all. Does anyone created a page for the managed users where they can see a list of all the users with the same CustomerID and also multiple CustomerIDS.

My goal is to add a menuiten to the customer portal in OTRS where the user who are in a special group to see all the users that have the same customerID.

The purpose is for the manager to see if there is any user that are there that shouldnt be there, for example if an employee of the customer leaves the company.

Just a simple list.

I just want to check here to get some help before i dig in to do it myself.

I doubt that's been created as the customer list is maintained by the agent-admins.

The database table customer_user has the relevant information. However,if one uses an alternate backend or multiple backends, queries will either need to run against the context of the backend or use the API.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
