I just installed OTRS for Windows and I get the message scheduler is not running. impossible to make them disappear.
Anyone have an idea?

do you execute the script "otrs.Scheduler4winInstaller.pl"?

type the following command in a DOS-Box in the directory "<path_to_otrs>/bin":
perl otrs.Scheduler4winInstaller.pl
perl otrs.Scheduler4winInstaller.pl
