Dynamic field of type 'Attachment'

Is there a way create a dynamic field of type 'attachment' where the user can select files to attach to a ticket? Or is there already a predefined field for this (like the 'Article' field that we can choose when creating a Process)?

An 'Article' field is a compound field that comes with another three fields:

- Subject
- Text
- Attachment

I would like to be able to create a dynamic field (or configure an already existing 'Article' field) that acts as an attachment field or that has a Text and Attachment field, but not a Subject field. How can I achieve this?

Without the Feature Add On, isn't there a way to configure OTRS to achieve something similar to what I want?
