OTRS 4 Beta 3 - Use of templates in all screens with interna

Hello,

OTRS 4 Beta 3 states - agents can now make use of templates in all screens with internal notes.

Does anyone know how to enable this feature, the 'Text Template' dropbox does not appear for me?

The solution was that templates need to be added to new types for the dropdown to become available.
