dashboard open tickets / need to be answered

is there any way to set timer (age) not by time created first post but time from customers last contact
if customer contact me 1st time 4 days ago and last time 6 hours ago... so in view i want see (6 hours not 4 days ago)

Hi,
you can edit the settings of each module in the dashboard by clicking on the small engine icon (please, see attached pic), then drag and drop the columns you like (e.g. the "Change" column) and that's it.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
OTRS 6.0.x on CentOS 7.x with MariaDB 10.2.x database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
ITSM and FAQ modules installed.
