installer.pl not executing

when i run http://localhost:8080/otrs/installer.pl im getting error like

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
couldn't create child process: 720002: installer.pl

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.



please help me on this,its very urgent

no other lines in log file.

if i put one helloworld.pl in D://otrs/bin/cgi-bin,it executing
but installer.pl is not running,it is also in same path.

Usually a reason why the child process couldn't be spawn is shown... please check your logfiles.
