Hi Community
I'm configuring OTRS and now I have the problem that in the administration area there is a field calles "Agent Notifications" (see attachment). But I wanna create my own specific notification and therefor I wanna delete the notifications under "Agent Notifications". But I don't see any possibility how to do that. Has any of you an advice?
