Sender does not update to agent in Phone Call Outbound

Hi,

Appreciate if someone can help me in the configuration of OTRS. I am trying to update the status of the ticket thru Phone Call Outbound but unfortunately the sender of the ticket still shows the customer and not the agent. Need assistance on the configuration please. Supposedly, the customer should be the recipient of the notification but in my case, the customer became the sender. You may refer to screenshot below as reference:
