Process Management - Process will not initiate
I have installed OTRS and am testing the process management feature. I developed a policy review process in line with the example from the admin guide. The process .yml is attached as well as the export of the sysconfig file. The process will not initiate when a process ticket is submitted. The ticket remains in activity 1. The T1 transition has a very basic decision tree and is from a required element within activity dialog 1. Is there some basic setting that I missed to enable the process management module or ticket processing? I have no errors in the OTRS, MySQL, or CRON logs. OTRS log just states that the ticket was created.

if it stays in an activity the transition did not match
