"zero sized reply error" when otrs sendmail

I somethimes have problem when i send mail, i recieve ticket, when i try to reply i have got error:
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: ................
The following error was encountered:
Zero Sized Reply
Squid did not receive any data for this request.

This is another issue to resolve. Not related to your original, but connection refused means: firewall, database service not running, etc.
