Hi,
How the OTRS choose who will be showed on combo "Responsible" at the new ticket by phone form?
I only visualize new users in the group when I click "get all".
Why responsible combo differs from combo owner sometimes?

Responsible list will be those who have the queue highlighted in "My Queues"
