OTRS in HA (not database, i'm using Oracle DG)

Hi,

I want to have OTRS in HA. Database replication is solved using data guard.

As you know a lot of OTRS configuration is stored in files which resides in the file system.

Does someone already implemented OTRS in HA in different data centers? Any tip to replicate the OTRS file system?

Is the OTRS prepared for that option? any plugin?

Done it several times. But you need some modules only provided for service customers of OTRS Inc.
