Unable to delete links from ticket

Hi,

See screenshot below. I cant delete any links as there is just a "-" and if I tick the box above and click delete, nothing happens.

Any ideas please guys?

This is happening for all tickets by the way.

I am using 3.3.10 and KIX4OTRS 6.0.8

Guess: These are "special": A ticket has to have a customer and an owner. I guess the third person is the responsible...

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.

Sorry but I dont fully understand.

I have shown another example of a ticket below. This happens on all tickets regardless of who is the customer/ agent.

I can't see the second screenshot.

Hi Reneeb,

It should be working now. Basically any ticket has the "-" on the left meaning you cannot modify it.

When i removed KIX4OTRS on a test machine it worked again so I have logged the issue with them. Will update when they come back to me.
