auto notifications dont works

Hi. Sorry for my bad english.

I have several days trying it... I want automatic notifications sent some time before it meets the time to first response to the update and the solution ...

The # 1; end was uncommented, it seemed weird. Should be uncommented? In any case, commented or uncommented, makes no effect.

Now, what I have understood, Notifications (Events) can do that too. Well it does not works.

I have already checked that this was so (though not SMTP, does must be SMTP to work?): viewtopic.php?f=55&t=26843#p108220

When I create a ticket, a mail is sent.

Besides, on the panel comtrol thare are a message in red that says "Scheduler process is registered but Might not be running", I click there and I get an option to start it forced, I realized that and it is started (but every time I restart the server that message appears).
