I'm building several processes with Process Management and I need that customer agrees to the terms so I need to display those terms to the customer in process ticket. Is it possible to do it with OTRS standard functionality?
One of this would be nice to have (in my preferred order):
1. Display terms and checkbox to confirm that customer has agreed to the terms of this specific process. Only then he can submit the ticket;
2. Display terms in some read-only text field;
3. Display clickable hyperlink to terms (with or without checkbox).

My first idea would be a combination of a dynamic textarea-field and a checkbox. When you then configure your activity dialog, put your terms as default value into the textarea.
Though that of course would not make the field read only.
