OTRS 4.0.2 - after installing ITSM addon I'm able to add Dynamic Field called ITSMImpact to 'Create New Phone Ticket'. I also need ITSMCategory dynamic field but this one is not installed by ITSM. How to add it? I need these both fields to have automatic calculated Priority via the Category-Impact-Priority matrix in 'Create New Phone Ticket'.
I tried to manually create dynamic field ITSMCategory but this is ordinary field and has no impact on 'Priority' calculations - no magic which ITSMImpact has.
How to add ITSM Category field to 'Create New Phone Ticket'?
