OTRS Escilation times

Hi,

I have set our queues to escalate if there is no solution after 10 minutes, but when you view tickets they all show 36 hours? what can cause the escalation time to not be correct?

Check the assigned calendar for the queue
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

ahhaa awesome thanks soo much , been using 2.2.9 for agesss now and soo much has changed.
