Can not send email to customer otrs-4.0.2

Please help me , i check function send mail and error

It's just a example mail with a non-valid mailaddress. Try it with a REAL EMailaddress like your_mail@vpbank.com

It is a valid mail-address, even though the mail account might not exist.
