Template response spacing in body of reply issue
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help with this. When I select a template to use in a reply to a ticket, the template response appears with an extra couple of spaces after the salutation (see screenshot). Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce this space to just one line? At the moment I have to manually click in the space and hit backspace on my keyboard every time...

Looks like it's expecting to fill in first and last name and can't find that in the source. Check the body or salutation options.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for that, would you believe I simply had two extra spaces after my salutation
