Hi,
I use Thunderbird with thread view emails.
Now, I create and send new support ticket to my OTRS instalation.
OTRS send me response acknowledge and it is visible as root of message.
Now someone response to me and this email was attached to previous.. -> that is OK.
Now I response at agent response and otrs send me another response acknowledge, but it was not attached to previous response.
I see it as another thread message. Of course if agent response again, then their email was attached to right thread.
So my question is: how I can change above situation? I want to all emails in one single thread.
