[process] Rename Process/Activity-IDs

hi all,

is there a way to rename those generated ActivityIDs and ProcessIDs ?
In ProcessAdministration the ActivityID-Entity fields are from input type 'text', but will not be saved if i change the content.
I don't know how i should be able to alter the content apart from that. Or is that a bug?

It would be very nice, so that the Dashboard-Widget could show the real process and acutal activity.

Ah, ok i see. Default, the Process-and Activity IDs will be displayed.
but how do i add those nicely coloums to display?

it's default this way in OTRS4. No need to configure anythings. There is also a predefined Dashlet for this.

Hmm, after installation the "Active Processtickets"-Dashlet looks like i attached in Post#1

Can u tell me the related Process-coloums configured in your Sysconfig at DashboardBackend###0140-RunningTicketProcess ?

I'm running on latest git. But I did not have the issue even in beta.

Did you try to delete the caches?

The showing content actualy make sense, with my (our) configuration. The 'DynamicField_ProcessManagementActivityID' contain the EntityID as configured in Sysconfig:
Process::DynamicFieldProcessManagementActivityID

These IDs are automatic generated and looking like
'Activity-b4aa22d1cf7bb21152f403d4af213e5b'
if i show up the EntityIDs in 'ProcessEditor'.

Do u fill these field seperately somehow with the name of Activity and not with EntityIDs?

no, it is a feature of the OTRS4 to show the name instead of the id

OK, than it seems to be buggy, as u can see in the "RunningProcess-dashlet" on OTRS4 live demo(page bottom), on officially hosted OTRS-Helpdesk, just the Entity ID is shown.

So may i should open a bug report?

Demo is an OTRS 4.0.1... But you might open a bug if you can reproduce the error

hmm, if it's a feature of OTRS4, why OTRS 4.0.1 cannot handle it?
