Is it possible to do ACL filtering for limiting content of NextState field? Tried and failed to hide manually added state called: 'Cancelled' - ACL does nothing:
Properties->Frontend->Action->ExactMatch->AgentTicketPhone
PossibleNot->Ticket->NextState->ExactMatch->Cancelled
