Hi -
Running ver 4 of OTRS, I'd like to be able to select "inventory" from the additional filters - "Add another attribute" drop down list. Is this possible? How do I do this? My searching wasn't turning anything up.

How is inventory provisioned in your system? Is it a dynamic field?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I turned the system over to a project manager after installation (and getting connected to external LDAP for authN), so I can't answer that authoritatively. I know I wasn't tasked with adding any dynamic fields into config.pm (if that answers your question).
Is there a default field for inventory?

Inventory isn't a stock field. It doesn't make much sense in a default ticket environment.

You're correct, and I did confirm this is a dynamic field.
I'm finding a couple places I might be able to add it to a custom search attribute under sysconfig, but nothing is taking hold. Do I simply need the dynamic field name, and then setting it to 1 under:
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch ?
followup - looks like that did the trick. I am testing now...
