Overview Statistics doesn't show anything

Overview Statistics doesn't show anything

Hello everyone!

I am new to OTRS. I have read quite a few articles for configuring it, but I've noticed two problems that I can't fix no matter what I try. When I click on Overview Statistics, it doesn't list anything. The stats are empty. I've read that when you install OTRS, it comes with pre-configured stats. I've also made new one, with an object: Ticket Accumulation and few other settings and again nothing. But if I remember the path to the Stat edit option (where I configure the stat), it shows everything, so it is saved, but again, it doesn't appear on stats list in overview.

Also, I've configured Archive Job in GenericAgent. It archives them in the available storage, but how do I setup to not show affected tickets older than 180 days? It shows tickets older than 180 days, I run the ArchiveJob and after that it shows affected tickets older than 310 days :/

What is going on and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance. Any help is appreciated.
