Hello guys,
Could you please guide on how to achieve the activation of the ticket archive functionality in OTRS 4? So far I know I have to activate the functionality in SysCong: Ticket::ArchiveSystem but I cant find the option "Archive selected tickets" in the GenericAgent Ticket "Update/Add Ticket Attributes" as per the admin manuel instructions for OTRS 4.
